Administrator - Torbay Kindergarten, 15 hours per week
Administrator required for 15 hrs p/week – 3hrs per day Monday-Friday preferably 8:30am-11:30am each day. School term only however additional hours are paid when required.
The administrator position is a valuable link between our parents, whanau and caregivers as well as our teachers and head office staff.
The successful applicant will require the following skills:
Good computer and administrative skills. Previous role in ECE administration an advantage but not a requirement. Knowledge of Infocare software is an advantage but training will be provided.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Must be able to liaise confidently with a pleasant out reaching personality and be a team player with a willing attitude.
The role will commence as soon as possible or by the latest 14th June 2018.
