History

The River Valley Kindergarten (Te awa wharua kura timata tanga) is situated in Parakai in the Rodney district. We opened in 1995 and are located next to the Parakai Primary School in Fordyce road. The Kindergarten serves a widespread area including Parakai, South head, Helensville, Woodhill, Waitoki and Kaukapakapa. The Kindergarten draws on strong links with Rewiti and Haranui Marae.
