Parent Committee

The committee consists of parents (Mums and Dads) and is a great way to meet new families in the area.

The committee is responsible for the financial running of the Kindergarten and organises regular fundraising activities throughout the year. All money raised benefits your child. Fundraising is organised for the purpose of covering the shortfalls in running costs and for the purchasing of equipment and resources for the children.

The committee meet monthly at the Kindergarten, all are welcome to attend. Check out our notice board at the Kindergarten for a copy of the minutes and other useful information.

Food Policy

We have a healthy food policy at Torbay Kindergarten which we ask all our families to follow.

We are very mindful of children with food allergies and ask that you do not include any nuts or nut products (nutella, peanut butter) in your child's lunchbox. We also ask that you do not include items uch as Strings as these can be a choking hazard.
