Anna Restall

Hi, I'm Anna and the Head Teacher at Torbay Kindergarten. I have been teaching in Early Childhood for 25 years and I'm still loving it.

I love to sing and really enjoy art, craft and drama. I am a mother of two grown daughers, grandmother to a grandson, and wife to my best friend Paul.

Annie Forbes

Hi, I'm Annie and I have the privilege of being a teacher at Torbay Kindergarten.

I have been teaching for 24 years and I love my work. I am enthusiastic and have a passion for art, literacy and learning.

I am the proud mother of two wonderful girls and I'm happily married to Neil. We live in Albany and we love spending time at the beach.

Tania Middleton

Hi, I'm Tania and I'm lucky to be one of the teachers at the wonderful Torbay Kindergarten. I've been teaching for 11 years and have a passion for the dramatic arts and science.

I have two beautiful boys who are the light of my life and I'm engaged to my wonderful partner and friend Nick. We live in Glenfield with our crazy dog Poppy. I enjoy playing sport especially touch rugby and hanging out with my family.

Leanne McGhie

Hi, I'm Leanne and I've been teaching for 24 years.

After graduating and teaching in Auckland for four years, I spent 14 years overseas, where I met my husband Bruce, and where our two gorgeous daughers were born.

We returned to NZ in 2002 and moved into Browns Bay.

After 7 years at home with our children, I returned to teaching as a reliever. I am now part of the wonderful team of teachers at Torbay. I have a special interest in children's art and books.

We love spending time at the beach and travelling to different parts of NZ.

Sandy Baalham

Hi, My name is Sandy.

It is great to be part of the warm, enthusiastic team at Torbay Kindergarten. I enjoy the daily dynamics of working with young children and their families in the lovely community.

I have been teaching in primary and early childhood education for the past 11 years and moved from the UK to New Zealand in 2006 with my "techie" husband Richard and three busy daughters. We all love it here and enjoy the many outdoor opportunities including favourites of mine, fishing and skiing.

Rachel Pearce

Hi, My name is Rachel. I have been teaching for one year now.

I live in Milford with my partner, Phil, and his dog Sheba. I enjoy exploring the outdoors, running and playing volleyball. I enjoy being a part of the teaching team at Torbay.
