Our Kindergarten operates both a 4 hour and 6 hour session on Monday through to Thursday and a four hour session on Fridays. We are licenced for a maximum of 40 children per day, with a ratio of 1 teacher per 10 children.

Enrol your child at kindergarten

You can enrol your child at Waimauku Kindergarten once they turn 2 years or age. You are welcome to visit the kindergarten during session times to have a look around and complete an enrolment form. You can also contact us via email waimauku@naka.co.nz or alternatively give us a call on (09) 411-8890 to discuss enrolment details.

Your child will be entered onto our waiting list and we will contact you regarding available sessions. Please ensure you keep the kindergarten updated with any changes to contact details.

Kindergarten Hours & Sessions

Waimauku Kindergarten operates a Kindergarten day model. Our session times are either 4 hour mornings or 6 hour days or a mixture of both. The kindergarten is open for instruction as per the following hours:

Monday: 8.30am – 2.30pm

Tuesday: 8.30am – 2.30pm

Wednesday: 8.30am – 2.30pm

Thursday: 8.30am – 2.30pm

Friday: 8.30am – 12.35pm
